3. OEM/ODM Services and Customization

For clients utilizing our OEM/ODM services, including but not limited to custom profiles, tooling design, and formulation adjustments:

• Specific terms regarding minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and tooling costs will be outlined in separate, formal commercial agreements.
• Any private molds or profiles developed exclusively for a brand will be protected under confidentiality and exclusivity clauses as agreed upon in writing.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that custom designs or specifications provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
